Randy is the founder and inventor of Ransom Shield’s core software technology. Randy has over 30 years experience in all phases of software design and development. He is the former Director of Software Engineering at CMS Products, and also the former Director of Windows Backup Software at Memeo.

Pat is a former Vice President, Software Development at Indigita and CMS Products, plus Senior Director at Sony America and Western Digital. He has over twenty-five plus years of experience in systems requirements and architecture, software process and quality, software design and implementation for networks, video management, and embedded controller development.
